To give you the best possible guidance, I need some key information. The Basic and Stress questionnaires are essential, as they provide the foundation for my professional assessment. However, the more questionnaires you complete the better I can tailor my approach to your needs.

We can also use these questionnaires to track your progress over time and, if you’re interested, provide scores on different tests. This helps measure improvements and gives you clear insights into your development.

If you choose to skip some, that’s okay, but be aware that I’ll need to ask many of these questions during our sessions instead. Completing them in advance saves time and allows me to offer more precise, effective support from the start.
